Send us your renewal date and we will tell you what we would look at.

There is no charge for a first benchmark and no obligation attached to it. If your programme is in good shape we will say so in writing, which is a useful thing to have when a council member asks.

Ask for a benchmark

The work happens five to seven months ahead of it, so this is the one field that changes what we say back to you.

We will reply from andrew@46northadvisors.com. We do not sell, share, rent or trade what you send, and sending this puts you on no mailing list — we publish a weekly letter and the only way onto it is its own form, which asks for an email address and nothing else.

Or just write to us

Some people would rather not fill in a form on a website, which is fair.

What happens next
A reply from a person, usually within a business day, saying what we would look at first and what we would need from you to do it.
What it costs
The first benchmark is free. Any engagement after it is quoted as a single all-in number and agreed in writing before work starts.
What we do with this
It is stored so we can answer you and it is sent to us by email. It is not sold, shared or used to build a marketing list.
Prefer to look first
The Pressure Test will place your filed figures against comparable Indiana units without you sending us anything at all.

Not ready to talk to anybody yet?

Run your own filed numbers through the Pressure Test. It asks for three figures, keeps them on your screen, and tells you plainly when your filings will not support a conclusion.
